Training Session

As you know, a race requires preparation. And as we said, we will be there to help you reach your target time. That's why we are pulling out all the stops to advise, accompany and encourage you in your preparation, right up until 5th March.


Hill training:

  • Sunday 18th December at Buttles Chaumont

VO2max tests:

  • Saturday 10th December at the Hippodrome in Auteuil
  • Sunday 8th January at the Hippodrome in Auteuil

Interval training:

  • Sunday 22nd January

A long run:

  • Sunday 29th January

Women-only runs:

  • Thursday 9th February
  • Thursday 16th February
  • Thursday 23rd February

Reconnaissance of the last 10 kilometres of the route:

  • Sunday 26th January

    Registration opens 10 days before the date of the session on the following platform 


    Please note that these sessions are only open to people registered for the Fitbit Semi de Paris!
